1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Tech Thrive's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Services Provided
Tech Thrive provides e-commerce account management, digital marketing, and advertising services including but not limited to:
- Amazon and Flipkart account management and optimization
- PPC and advertising campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Product listing and catalog services
- Social media management
- Account health monitoring and suspension support
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business and accounts
- Grant necessary access permissions to marketplace and advertising platforms
- Make timely payments for services rendered as per agreed terms
- Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies
- Maintain ownership and control of your accounts and data
4. Service Fees and Payment
Service fees are outlined in your service agreement or proposal. Payment terms, including due dates and methods, will be specified in your contract. Ad spend (for Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is separate from service fees and is paid directly to the respective platforms.
5. Performance and Results
While we strive to deliver measurable improvements in sales, visibility, and ROI, we cannot guarantee specific results. Performance depends on various factors including product quality, market conditions, competition, and budget allocation. We commit to transparent reporting and data-driven optimization.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information, account data, and strategies. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tech Thrive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in your contract. Upon termination, you retain full ownership of your accounts and data. Outstanding fees remain due.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
